Very rare convention novelty from the National Convention Switchmen’s Union of North America May 24, 1907 DETROIT. Red ribbon is ripped at top. At bottom of ribbon is a celluloid Carhartt advertising button. Reads “The Detroit Home of The Carhartt Union Made Gloves and Overalls. Depicts the Carhartt headquarters / factory. Back reads “Buttons made by The Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark, N.J. U.S.A. Pat. April 14, 1896, July 21, 1896.
